Anxious? Stressed? Having trouble managing?
The Wellness Center is offering a weekly group to help students who are struggling with managing their anxiety.
The group will meet for 6 weeks. Each week you will learn a few skills and review prior skills. You will need to practice throughout the week. Skills are based on DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).
Every student is welcome to attend. It's recommended you come to each group as the skills build on each other. After the second group, new students will no longer be admitted.
