Lesley Katz UC '87 Presents 'Financial Life Skills: Personal Accounting'
Presented by Lesley F. Katz UC '87
Co-sponsored by Career Services, Enactus, and the Student Investment Club
We often learn about how to run our financial lives through emulating the people close to us. If you are lucky enough to be surrounded by people with good financial skills, then you gain good habits. If not, then you risk struggling to reach financial goals that drive your personal objectives in life. This workshop will help with a foundation to a strong financial life and learn the right questions to ask.
Workshop Leader
Lesley F. Katz is a 1987 graduate of Ursinus with a Bachelor degree in Economics, a Post Baccalaureate degree in Accounting from ASU West, and both a CPA and PMP certifications. Lesley went on to gain experience working with many small for profit and not for profit businesses in public accounting as well as operational management experience at Macy's, Unisys, Siemens and Asplundh Tree Expert Co. Lesley is a ravenous reader of business publications and through the years found a passion for personal finance. She has been a resource for many friends and family over the years. Lesley is very excited about sharing her knowledge with Ursinus students.
