'Beyond Swastika and Jim Crow' Exhibit in Philly

S.U.N., Hillel, and the Office of Multicultural Affairs are offering a trip to the National Museum of American Jewish History.

There will be a tour of the general exhibit and of the visiting exhibit "Beyond Swastika and Jim Crow," which focuses on the experience of European Jewish scholars and their students at historically Black colleges in the American South. The scholars were invited to teach at the schools and formed a special bond with the students because of their shared experiences of racial discrimination.

Tickets to the museum are on us; bring money for dinner afterward.

We will meet at Ursinus Hillel (33 6th Ave.) at 1:45 p.m. to go into Philadelphia together.

RSVP is required by Friday, March 29 to dstillman@ursinus.edu
