A clear and informative title is key to an effective listing. Avoid generic titles such as "Concert" in favor of descriptive ones ("Chamber Music Recital"). For description provide relevant information that would encourage people to attend. Complete the date and time information and double-check for accuracy.
Note: basic formatting features are available for description, including bold and italics, bullet lists and centering. If you have a photo that you would like to use, please send the image file to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an event will occur on a number of different dates, such as consecutive nights or every Friday, use this feature to set up the additional dates.
You must select at least one category for your event. Try to choose the category that best fits your event. Additional categories may be selected if approrpiate.
A number of common campus locations can be selected for your event location. Use the name search first to see if your location is available. Otherwise, enter the location name and address if off campus.
This information will display on the calendar. List e-mail or phone information that can be used to contact the event organizer.
