Katrina Anderson is Senior Policy Analyst & Director of Government Affairs for the Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives. She has followed and analyzed the debate on privitizing liquor sales in Pennsylvania. The privitization of the liquor stores has strong public support, but special interest has prevented the passage. Anderson will discuss why freedom has been so elusive.

Anderson is a graduate of Messiah College with a B.S. in environmental science. Her primary research areas include liquor store privatization, energy, corrections and pension reform. Her writing has appeared in newspapers including the Patriot News and Philadelphia Inquirer. She has also spoken on these issues at forums throughout the Commonwealth, including numerous television and radio appearances.
