Capstone 2014 for Admitted Students

For the entering Class of 2018, Capstone is scheduled for Friday, April 4, 2014. At Capstone, you have the opportunity to meet faculty, learn more about our academic programs, attend workshops, explore our range of student activities, have lunch with current and fellow prospective students, and take a campus tour. Family members of admitted students are also invited.

Schedule for the Day 

11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Registration and Activities Fair,

Enjoy a light lunch and meet other visiting families, Ursinus students, and college staff. Browse the activities fair, where representatives from our student clubs and organizations will be on hand to discuss how you can get involved at Ursinus.

Guided Tours of Campus

Guided student tours will leave from the entrance of the field house.

1 to 1:30 p.m.

Join your future classmates as President Bobby Fong welcomes you to the Ursinus community and Dr. Jon Volkmer, a creative writing professor in our English department, speaks about our first-year Common Intellectual Experience (CIE) seminar course.

1:40 to 2:20 p.m. and 2:30 to 3:10 p.m.

Attend workshops to learn more about your possible courses of study. Meet professors and advisers from our academic departments and programs, including pre-law and pre-medical studies.
