Collegeville's First Holiday House Tour
Visit eight of Collegeville's most distinctive homes. Included on the tour are the Kriebels' Sixth Ave. home, which is a meticulous replica of the first brick home ever built in the U.S.: William Penn's 17th Century "Letitia"; the Dallers' restored 1779 home on Clayhor Ave.; the historic Muhlenberg House in Trappe; the Ursinus College President's residence on Ninth Ave.; two remodeled houses; and two new builds. Houses can be viewed in any order.
Your house tour ticket also entitles you to a reception at the Appalachian Brewing Company in Collegeville Station (50 W. Third Ave.), where there will also be a silent auction and a Gift Bazaar.
Tickets are $25 and benefit Collegeville's Main Street Program. You can order tickets by calling 610-454-1050 or visiting the Main Steet program's web site at www.collegevilledevelopment.org.
After you register, you will be sent a program book with information on all the houses, a map illustrating each home's location, and a paper bracelet that will identify you as part of the tour.
We hope to see you there!
