Karol Boudreaux, JD, affiliated Senior Research Fellow at the Mercatus Center, will give a presentation on programs that have improved the economic conditions of Africans.
Ms. Bourdreax serves as the African Land Tenure Specialist at USAID and serves on the Working Group on Property Rights of the UN Commission on Legal Empowerment of the Poor. She has served as the Assistant Dean of the George Mason University School of Law and Program Director of The Foundation of Economic Education. She earned her BA in English Literature from Rutgers University and her JD from the University of Virginia.
