How booking works.
Four steps from a first inquiry to a confirmed event — and a plain account of what the College publishes, and what it confirms for each event individually.
Four steps.
- 01
Tell us about your event
Share the date (and alternates), estimated attendance, format and any known requirements through the inquiry form. It takes a few minutes.
Open the inquiry form - 02
We match the space
The events team reviews availability against the College calendar and suggests the rooms, lawns or theaters that fit — with capacities and equipment confirmed from the College’s own room inventory.
- 03
Tour and confirm
Visit the campus, walk the spaces and confirm the details: setup, audio-visual support, catering, parking and the College’s event policies.
- 04
Host at Ursinus
Space is scheduled through the College’s Protocol and Special Events office in Corson Hall, which coordinates campus events from the president’s programs to community nights.
As published.
Everything here comes from ursinus.edu. Where the College publishes nothing, this site says so rather than guessing — the events team confirms those points in writing for your event.
- Who schedules campus space
- Campus space at Ursinus is scheduled through the Office of Protocol and Special Events (Corson Hall), which uses the Mazévo scheduling system and coordinates access, room resets and support services. External inquiries submitted through this site are routed to the events team, who work with that office.
- Bomberger Hall rental windows
- The College accepts rental requests for Bomberger Hall during December, January, June, July and early August, when the Music Department’s academic calendar allows; exceptions are considered. Other venues follow the College calendar and are confirmed individually.
- Community events
- Ursinus opens its campus to the community: Movies on the Lawn is hosted each summer with the Borough of Collegeville on Berman Lawn, Community Night reservations are accepted, and more than fifteen athletic camps and clinics run through the year.
- Audio-visual equipment
- Every venue listing on this site carries the equipment the College publishes for that room — projector screens, HDMI laptop hookups, podiums, PA and sound systems, Mersive Solstice wireless presentation, media players and writing surfaces. Technical staffing for an event is confirmed during inquiry.
- Confirmed during inquiry
- Ursinus does not publish rental rates, insurance requirements, catering arrangements, alcohol policies or accessibility statements for external events on its website. Rather than estimate them, this site leaves them to the inquiry: the events team confirms each in writing for your specific event.
