More about this space
Myrin Library, opened in 1971 and renovated in 2026, balances focused research with collaborative engagement. Refreshed seating areas, a central service hub beneath a curved timber ceiling, the Bloomberg Lab and multiple accessible levels give it a contemporary academic character, and three meeting rooms serve smaller programs: Room 001 for 15 with a large monitor, media player and cable TV — ideal for video viewing; Room 201 for 21 with mobile desks, a large monitor and whiteboards; and Room 203 for 10. The library suits meetings, research-focused programs, tours, interviews and small-group work, and the College uses it for early-arrival check-in at large campus events.
