Outdoor Athletic Facilities

The College’s outdoor athletic facilities form a broad network of competition, training and practice environments presented here as one coordinated venue. Patterson Field carries football, soccer, lacrosse and track and field on state-of-the-art turf beneath its grandstand and press box; the Eleanor Frost Snell Alumnae Field is the turf home of field hockey; the Thomas baseball diamond, the Snell softball field, the Ace Bailey Tennis Courts, Wilkes Field and the north and south practice fields complete the set, with the cross-country course in Hunsberger Woods. Full-field layouts, spectator seating and scoreboards support games, tournaments, camps and clinics — Ursinus hosts more than fifteen camps and clinics a year — and community events.
