events.ursinus.edu presents the event venues of Ursinus College, Collegeville, Pennsylvania. The site is static: it sets no tracking cookies of its own and stores no personal information. Pages are served over HTTPS.

Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry through the “Get a Quote” form, the information you provide — your name, contact details and the details of your event — is sent to the events team through the UniVenue inquiry portal and used to respond to your request, check availability and prepare a quote. It is shared with Ursinus College staff involved in scheduling campus space and is not sold or used for unrelated purposes.

Email

Messages sent to ursinus@univenue.io are read by the events team and used only to answer you.

Third-party services

Venue pages embed the College’s interactive campus map, provided by Concept3D, which may set its own cookies when the map loads. Links to ursinus.edu and other external sites open in a new tab and are governed by those sites’ own policies.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it. It records the pages you view, the approximate location derived from your IP address (which Google truncates before storing), your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It also records when a visitor selects a “Get a Quote” button and which page that button was on, so the College can see which venues generate the most interest. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for this purpose.

The measurement is about pages and buttons, not about you: no name, email address or event details are sent to Google, and the data is not used for advertising. You can prevent it entirely with Google’sbrowser opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies for this site.

Selecting “Get a Quote” takes you to the inquiry portal on a separate address, where what you enter is handled as described under Inquiries above.
