The College’s grandest room — a 464-seat Victorian auditorium beneath timber trusses and stained glass, with a 3,593-pipe organ and a Bösendorfer grand.

Bomberger Memorial Hall opened in 1892 and remains the ceremonial heart of Ursinus. Its auditorium seats 464 beneath exposed timber trusses, a wraparound balcony and tall stained-glass windows, and it carries the College’s largest formal gatherings: ceremonies, concerts, lectures, keynote presentations and institutional programs. The room holds the Heefner Memorial Organ — a three-manual, 62-rank Austin instrument of 3,593 pipes — and a full-size Bösendorfer grand piano, with a podium, an eight-input PA system and a projection screen built into the stage. Ursinus alumni have chosen the hall for their own weddings.
