Berman Lawn is the most prominent outdoor gathering space at Ursinus, framed by the Berman Museum of Art on one side and the stone tower of Bomberger Hall on the other. Its broad, flexible footprint is arranged each year for Commencement under a tent and for Movies on the Lawn, the College’s annual summer screening with the Borough of Collegeville; it can be zoned for a ceremony stage, audience seating, an outdoor screen, food trucks and guest circulation while keeping clear sight lines across the event. The combination of scale, flexibility and campus character suits programs meant to feel welcoming, communal and distinctly Ursinus.
