Up to 40 people, glass from wall to wall, and two outdoor terraces opening right off the room, with the second-floor lobby next to it. Use it for drinks after a talk or a small launch, where people drift outside once the speeches are done. A large monitor can run a welcome slide or a short film. Just know that the glass works both ways and anyone walking past can see in. That's great for a launch, but not what you want for a private board meeting.
